Job summary

Software Mind is seeking a Project Manager for Infrastructure and IT Operations in Warszawa. You will lead enterprise IT projects, including patch management automation, observability, private cloud, and VMware exits, coordinating with architects and engineers in Poland.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, experience with hybrid or cloud environments, and the ability to run steering committees and deliver on time and within scope. Remote cooperation options are available.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years IT project management experience.
• 3 years in infrastructure, IT operations or cloud projects.
• Experience delivering projects on premises and in public cloud.
• Delivery experience with hybrid/remote collaboration and stakeholders at management level.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of infrastructure and IT operations projects including scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Maintain project plans, risk registers, and client/internal reporting.
• Manage change requests and assess commercial impact.
• Steer project team with architects and technical leads; manage capacity.
• Run steering committees and status reviews; manage client expectations.
• Coordinate delivery with change and release management and production teams.
• Oversee acceptance criteria and formal sign-off of delivered scope.
• Hand over delivered environment to managed service operations.
