Job summary

Optiveum is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager in Warsaw to drive cloud transformation initiatives in a hybrid environment. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery quality for a complex Google Cloud program.

The role requires hands-on PM experience in GKE-enabled projects, strong analytics, and excellent stakeholder management in English and Polish. 2-3 days in the Warsaw office weekly with a flexible hybrid setup.

Qualifications

Hands-on project management experience in large cloud transformation programs.
Experience delivering containerized portfolios on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
Strong analytical ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent risk, issue, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Fluent in English and Polish, with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

Coordinate delivery execution within the GKE workstream as part of a larger enterprise program.
Plan and manage end-to-end delivery activities: timelines, dependencies, resources, risk mitigation.
Monitor and report delivery progress; identify issues and escalate to ensure predictable execution.
Uphold rigorous PM discipline and promote a strong delivery culture.
