Job summary

GFT TECHNOLOGIES SE in Poland invites a Project Manager to join our rapidly growing delivery organization. You will lead IT delivery projects for banking and financial services clients across Poland and Central Eastern Europe, working in a hybrid mode in Warszawa.

The role requires owning project planning, tracking and execution using Agile, Hybrid or Waterfall methods, and delivering high-impact, fixed-price or T&M projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT delivery projects to banking and financial services clients.
• Ability to lead fixed-price, T&M or hybrid IT delivery engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT delivery projects (fixed-price, T&M or hybrid) for external clients in Poland and CEE.
• Own project planning, tracking and execution using Agile, Hybrid or Waterfall methods.
