Job summary

emagine is seeking an Integration & Transition Specialist for its eGO Integrations & Transitions Team. You will execute operational change and business integrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish governance and knowledge development across the organization.

Your role includes leading finance workstreams during M&A integrations, owning transition planning, coordinating dependencies, and driving risk resolution to enable smooth handovers to business-as-usual operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operational Finance workstreams during M&A integrations, migrations, carve-outs and legal entity transitions.
• Own transition planning, cutover preparation, hypercare activities and operational handover into business-as-usual operations.
• Coordinate Operational Finance activities within integrations and transitions, ensuring effective coordination, follow-up and resolution of cross-functional dependencies, risks and deliverables across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify operational risks, process gaps and data quality issues during integrations and drive resolution plans.
• Define transition requirements, timelines, deliverables and governance frameworks for integrations.
• Act as the primary Operational Finance subject matter expert for all integration and transformation projects.
• Work closely with the Governance & Expertise team to ensure lessons learned, best practices and process standards are embedded into future integrations and operational processes.
