Job summary

SGS is seeking a Global Process Expert to serve as a deep SME in end-to-end finance processes, supporting cross-functional integration across R2R, P2P, O2C and related finance operations. You will standardize, document, improve, and support global deployments with process owners, technology teams, and regional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a finance/Accounting degree and has substantial experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle), financial close tools (BlackLine, Trintech) and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in finance operations or shared services with P2P focus.
• Strong ERP and financial close tooling knowledge (SAP/Oracle, BlackLine, Signavio).
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma and process mapping methods.
• Excellent analytical, documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end process documentation (Level 4/5) for R2R and related finance processes.
• Act as SME for process design, driving harmonization and standardization.
• Analyze process data to identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
• Support Global Process Owner and Transformation initiatives in ERP enhancements.
• Conduct impact assessments and define business requirements for deployments.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure global standards meet local needs.
• Lead or assist in process testing, training, and change management during deployments.
