Job summary

Egala in Poznań is seeking a Finance Innovation Manager to build and lead our new Finance Innovation function and drive the transformation of Finance across the organization, including the successful implementation of a Finance ERP.

You will own the transformation roadmap, lead the finance workstream of multi-entity ERP, design future-state processes and spearhead automation, AI, and other digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance transformation and ERP implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Accounting and Finance processes.
• Experience with ERP implementations across multiple entities.
• Strong skills in process design, lean and project management.
• Experience collaborating with Finance and Technology teams.
• Understanding of automation, AI and digital transformation.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance Transformation & Innovation roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business value.
• Lead the Finance workstream of the multi-entity ERP implementation.
• Design and standardize future-state Finance processes rather than simply digitizing existing ones.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and redesign Finance processes.
• Lead initiatives involving AI, automation, workflow and emerging technologies.
• Build the pipeline of automation opportunities and partner with IT and developers to deliver solutions.
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects and manage stakeholders across Finance, IT and Business.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary Finance Transformation team.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation and innovation.
