Maersk in Poland is seeking a seasoned Operational Excellence Senior Specialist to lead the deployment of The Maersk Way (TMW) across Customs operations in the NEC Area. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Customs operations or Customs management within logistics or supply chain.
• Strong background in Operational Excellence, Lean, or Continuous Improvement (A3, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Daily Management).
• Proven track record delivering measurable improvements through cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience leading change and influencing stakeholders across matrix organizations.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
• Experience with structured project management methodologies (such as PMI or PRINCE2) is an advantage.
