Maersk Customs Service in Poland is seeking a Customs Operations Specialist with Hebrew to support global shipments. You will coordinate customs services, work with logistics teams, and ensure compliant processes in a dynamic, Agile environment.

Fluency in Hebrew and English is required, with experience in customs or logistics a plus. This role is onsite in Warsaw, offering cross-border exposure and a diverse, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

At Maersk Customs Service, we are dedicated to ensuring smooth and compliant customs clearance processes for our international shipments. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and help us navigate the complexities of global trade.

As a Customs Operations Specialist with Hebrew, you will play a crucial role in our operations. You will coordinate and organize a range of customs services operations - no two days are the same, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow and shape the role to fit your strengths! Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. You will work closely with our internal logistics and supply chain teams to optimize customs processes and handle post-clearance audits and compliance reporting. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Polish and English will be essential in managing high-volume transactions and providing excellent service to our clients.

Who are we looking for?

You speak Hebrew, and whilst we are looking for individuals with proven experience within logistics or a customs-related role, we are also open to candidates who have transferrable skills and experience, either within a customer facing administrative role and/or a role which requires strong attention-to-detail within a process-orientated environment. Knowledge of customs regulations, along with experience using any clearance or logistics software and electronic systems will help you excel in the role.

• Great communicator –Fluent English and confidence in building relationships.We are also interested in candidates that have additional European languages

You will work Sunday to Thursday.
