Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking a skilled professional to configure OTCS, upgrade and patch OpenText Content Server, and deploy OTDS. You will integrate with business applications via REST APIs and manage incidents in a software infrastructure environment.

You will support operations with complex technical issues and collaborate with IT teams to ensure service reliability. The role requires extensive experience with OpenText platforms, ITIL/ITSM familiarity, and strong English communication skills,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years with OpenText Content Server and Archive Center.
• Strong knowledge of XML, SOA, object-oriented design, SQL, and network architecture.
• Experience with SOAP and REST web services.
• Knowledge of single sign-on mechanisms.
• Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM, Jira, and Confluence.
• Advanced problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.
• Fluent English, minimum B2.

Responsibilities

• OTCS system configuration, upgrades and patching.
• OTDS configuration, deployment and integration.
• Collaboration with business applications (REST API interfaces).
• Incident management related to software infrastructure.
• Support for operational teams in resolving more complex technical issues.
