Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Poland is seeking a Product Deployment Specialist to lead deployment and configuration of business travel POS tools for clients, blending project management with deep technical travel platform knowledge.

You will coordinate data elements, manage milestones, and work with GDS systems (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus) and OBT platforms, delivering tailored configurations while sustaining strong client relationships and ensuring transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of deployment experience, with hands-on OBT platform exposure.
• In-depth knowledge of GDS systems: Sabre, Galileo and/or Amadeus; Apollo is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder deployments with tight timelines and milestones; excellent English communication.
• Experience in travel management company operations, partnerships, or service providers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment and configuration of business travel POS tools for offline bookings.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders; serve as central point of contact throughout deployment lifecycle.
• Monitor milestones, identify risks, and collaborate with teams to mitigate issues.
• Provide tailored configurations using GDS expertise to meet client requirements and ensure alignment with travel programmes.
• Maintain client relationships with Account Executives, General Managers, and Operations teams during deployments and maintenance.
• Support integration of Online Booking Tools (OBTs) like Concur, DEEM, GetThere; ensure reporting and transparency.
