MTU Aero Engines Polska Sp. z o.o, a leading aerospace company, seeks an IT/OT Solution Architect to ensure stable IT/OT infrastructure, design scalable architectures, and lead international IT projects.

You will coordinate with various units to implement changes and improvements across the industrial IT landscape. Fluency in English and Polish is required, and prior IT project management experience is essential.

• Proficient in English and Polish for written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring stable, secure IT/OT infrastructure operation.
• Designing and standardizing IT solution architectures in Industrial IT.
• Leading IT projects with local and international teams.
• Diagnosing incidents and implementing changes to improve IT environments.
• Monitoring IT infrastructure to prevent downtime.
• Collaborating with business users, IT teams and vendors on service maintenance and development.
