Job summary

Capgemini Polska seeks an experienced Oracle OSM specialist to join the DCX team. You will work on OSM components, support design, and perform integration testing in OSS/BSS environments, contributing to end-to-end order management projects.

In this role, you will collaborate with architects and QA, participate in Agile processes, and leverage ITSM knowledge. The position supports hybrid work with extensive learning and career development opportunities within Capgemini Polska.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle OSM in a telecom environment.
• Knowledge of RODOD and fulfilment processes.
• Hands-on experience with COM/SOM and OSM+UIM.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes.
• Good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Creating OSM components and flows.
• Analysis and support in functional and technical design.
• Integration testing in OSS/BSS environments.
• Creating test plans and scenarios based on HLD.
• Working in Agile environments using JIRA/HPQC.
