Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking a seasoned IT infrastructure professional to configure OpenText OTCS and OTDS, deploy REST interfaces, and manage incidents across our software infrastructure. You will collaborate with business applications and operational teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure smooth system operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ Experience with OpenText Content Server & OpenText Archive Center technologies, xECM/installation and configuration.
• Good knowledge of XML, SOA, Object Orientation, SQL databases, network architecture.
• Good knowledge of SOAP, REST web services and related technologies.
• Good knowledge of Single Sign-On mechanisms and related standards.
• Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM, Jira, Confluence tools.
• Advanced problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Communicative in English (at least B2 or above).
