Job summary

Options is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join on-site with client teams in a fast-paced financial technology environment. You will act as primary on-site contact, monitor systems, perform updates, diagnose issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service continuity.

The role requires a degree in CS or IT, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and endpoint management, plus 1–2 years' on-site support experience in financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Management, and AV troubleshooting.
• 1-2 years' experience in a similar on-site technical support role within financial services.
• Excellent communication and ability to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client's primary technical contact, providing on-site support for all Options technology systems.
• Monitor internal system health and performance; perform regular maintenance such as software updates and configuration changes.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to internal teams for timely resolution.
• Respond to client incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, following established incident management processes.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical advisor and proactively addressing their needs.
• Work with Options Technology teams on system enhancements and upgrades, including testing and validation to ensure smooth deployment.
