Finom is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to support internal users across Windows and macOS, JumpCloud and Google Workspace, and the SaaS tools used by hundreds of employees. You’ll own incident response, triage requests in Jira Service Management, and help improve IT processes in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support, service desk, or a similar user-facing technical role
• Hands-on troubleshooting of Windows and macOS devices and networks
• Experience with ITSM or ticketing tools and meeting SLAs
• Written and spoken English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Delivering Excellent Internal Support via Jira Service Management and Slack, triaging and resolving requests within SLA
• Troubleshooting Windows and macOS devices, remote diagnosis and device enrollment
• Managing onboarding/offboarding tasks in JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and Torii, handling access requests and SSO issues
• Administering Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Notion at user level and maintaining knowledge bases and workflows
• Spotting ticket trends and proposing automation or knowledge base updates while supporting security/compliance processes
