Job summary

Finom is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to empower employees across Europe by delivering frontline IT support, managing device enrollment, and ensuring SLA-aligned resolutions. You will administer core tools, enable smooth onboarding/offboarding, and contribute to security and compliance while improving workflows.

You will work with JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Jira Service Management, and MDM platforms, delivering calm, clear communication and practical solutions in a fast-paced fintech

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support or a similar user-facing technical role
• Hands-on troubleshooting of Windows and macOS devices
• Strong customer service orientation, clear communication under time pressure
• Experience with ITSM or ticketing tools (preferably Jira Service Management)
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace or M365 administration
• Familiarity with MDM (JumpCloud, Intune, or Jamf) and identity providers (JumpCloud, Okta, Entra ID)

Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent internal IT support via Jira Service Management and Slack, resolving SLA-bound tickets and updating users
• Troubleshooting Windows and macOS devices remotely, including enrollment, software updates, and device compliance
• Managing onboarding/offboarding tasks in JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and Torii; handling access requests and SSO issues
• Administering Jira, Confluence, Slack, Notion; maintaining accurate knowledge bases and workflows
• Spotting recurring issues and proposing scripts or automation; supporting security/compliance efforts (ISO 27001, SOC 2, DORA) with proper records
