Job summary

Sharp Brains Solutions is seeking Network Technicians to provide onsite IT and network support for a leading international retail client. This freelance, on-demand role assigns assignments based on your location and availability, with standard expectations to diagnose, repair, and report on network issues.

Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of onsite experience, strong LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi knowledge, and the ability to travel. English skills required; local language fluent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of onsite IT/network support experience.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
• Experience with networking equipment from Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet, or equivalent vendors.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Valid driver''s license and willingness to travel.
• Fluent in local language and good command of English.
• CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT and network support at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve network and connectivity issues.
• Install and replace routers, switches, Wi-Fi APs, and other IT equipment.
• Perform hardware upgrades and break/fix support.
• Complete service reports and update support tickets after each intervention.
• Collaborate with remote support teams to resolve technical issues.
