Job summary

Sharp Brains Solutions is seeking Network Technicians to provide onsite IT and network support for a leading international retail client. This freelance, on‑demand role offers assignments based on location and availability.

Responsibilities include diagnosing network issues, installing routers and Wi‑Fi access points, and updating service reports. Candidates should have 2+ years of onsite/network experience, VPN/LAN/WAN knowledge, and travel willingness. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of onsite IT or network support experience.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi‑Fi, and VPN.
• Experience with networking equipment from Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet or equivalents.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Fluent in local language; English mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT and network support at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve network and connectivity issues.
• Install and replace routers, switches, Wi‑Fi access points, and other IT equipment.
• Perform hardware upgrades and break/fix support.
• Complete service reports and update support tickets after interventions.
• Collaborate with remote support teams to resolve technical issues.
