Job summary

Sharp Brains Solutions is seeking Network Technicians to provide onsite IT and network support for a leading international retail client in Poland. This is a freelance, on-demand assignment based on your location and availability.

You will diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN issues, install networking gear, and collaborate with remote teams. A minimum of two years hands-on experience, English proficiency, and willingness to travel are required; CCNA/CompTIA are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of onsite IT or network support experience.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi‑Fi, and VPN.
• Experience with networking equipment from Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet, or equivalent vendors.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Fluent in Local Language and good English proficiency.
