Job summary

Sharp Brains Solutions is seeking Network Technicians to provide onsite IT and network support for a leading international retail client. This freelance, on‑demand role assigns assignments based on location and availability.

You will diagnose and resolve network issues, install/replace routers, switches, and Wi‑Fi access points, perform hardware upgrades, and complete service reports. Strong English and local language fluency are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of onsite IT/network support experience.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi‑Fi and VPN.
• Experience with Cisco/HP/Aruba/Fortinet equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Fluent in local language and good English.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT and network support at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve network and connectivity issues.
• Install and replace routers, switches, Wi‑Fi access points, and other IT equipment.
• Perform hardware upgrades and break/fix support.
• Complete service reports and update support tickets after each intervention.
• Collaborate with remote support teams to resolve technical issues.
