Job summary

You will manage planning parameters, inventory levels, and customs where needed, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help optimize KPI reporting while contributing to efficient and compliant logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in material planning, logistics, or procurement with end-to-end materials flow.
• Higher education degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a technical field.
• Strong analytical abilities with effective communication and negotiation.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage material demand and ensure material availability.
• Maintain and optimize planning parameters and inventory controls.
• Analyze stock levels and perform inventory reviews.
• Create and manage purchase orders, scheduling agreements, and amendments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, transport companies, and customs.
• Prepare reports and update logistics KPIs.
