Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless material planning and availability, directly contributing to the efficiency and success of our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (procurement, suppliers, subcontractors, transport companies, and customs agencies), manage planning parameters and stock levels, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:
  • Managing material demand and ensuring material availability, including follow-up on missing or delayed parts
  • Maintaining and optimizing planning parameters such as MRP controllers, logistics and purchasing flows, planning strategies, ABCD classification, inventory counting parameters, batch sizes, and valuation types
  • Analyzing stock levels and performing regular inventory reviews to ensure optimal inventory performance
  • Defining, implementing, and managing logistics specifications in collaboration with vendors
  • Creating and managing purchase orders, scheduling agreements with delivery schedules, repair orders, and related amendments
  • Supporting forecasting activities and coordinating needs expressions and delivery follow-upCollaborating with suppliers, subcontractors, transport companies, and customs agencies to ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing customs clearance activities when required, including Intrastat data reporting
  • Preparing regular reports and updating logistics KPIs to support performance tracking and continuous improvement
