Job summary

Teceze in Gdansk, Poland, is seeking an experienced EUC Support Engineer to provide hands-on support for end-user computing environments. Qualifications

• 3+ years of EUC support experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience administering Active Directory and user accounts.
• Ability to diagnose hardware and network issues.
• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and end-user devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and business apps.
• Diagnose hardware issues: laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, docking stations.
• Install, configure, patch, and troubleshoot software.
• Support Active Directory user accounts, password resets, and permissions.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP connectivity.
• Support imaging, deployment, configuration, and refresh activities.
• Handle IMAC requests (Install, Move, Add & Change).
• Provide device security and compliance support.
• Log and resolve incidents in ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
• Perform root-cause analysis and escalate complex issues to L3.
• Maintain asset inventory and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, network, security, apps, and vendors.
• Provide remote and onsite user support as needed.
