Job summary

Signify in Poland is seeking a Site Support Engineer to deliver reliable IT support, maintain a productive workplace technology environment, and help employees solve technical challenges.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, support Windows and macOS, manage Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), VPNs, and business applications; assist with onboarding, device setups, and IT asset management; contribute to IT projects and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support, onsite IT support, or service desk environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems; macOS is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Understanding of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and workplace IT services.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, VPN, and business applications.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, device setup, and user access management.
• Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, and AV equipment.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, warranty claims, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service tickets.
• Contribute to IT projects, device refreshes, software deployments, and infrastructure upgrades.
