Job summary

Experis is seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer in Opole, Poland to provide hands-on support for Windows workstations, laptops, and mobile devices in a 100% onsite setting. You will collaborate with production teams, resolve incidents, and ensure compliance with IT policies and security requirements.

The role focuses on IMACD tasks, asset management, and infrastructure support, with exposure to manufacturing environments and coordination with international teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of IT hardware, asset management, and basic networking (LAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, VPN).
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and English at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for Windows workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.
• Support workplace technologies, IT infrastructure, and corporate applications.
• Perform IMACD activities, hardware lifecycle management, and asset administration.
• Assist in incident resolution and cooperate with internal IT teams and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security requirements, and operational procedures.
