Job summary

Sungrow in Wrocław is seeking an IT Support Engineer to ensure stable operation of factory and office IT systems. You will deploy, maintain and respond to incidents for production IT infrastructure, provide on-site troubleshooting during critical periods, and support Windows, macOS and Linux environments.

Additional responsibilities include end-user device support, network basics, CCTV and access control, and collaboration with HQ IT teams to promote standardization and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS, IT or related field.
• 3+ years in IT support or infra operations, preferably manufacturing.
• Familiar with Windows AD domain management and basic Linux admin.
• Able to analyze and resolve end-user and network issues.
• Strong service mindset and prioritization in a factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and respond to incidents for factory IT systems.
• Provide on-site IT support during critical production periods.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Support end-user devices and office equipment.
• Assist with factory network environment, CCTV, access control, and AV systems.
• Collaborate with HQ/regional IT teams to promote standardization and security.
