Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an EUC Manager to guide architecture and technology solutions for endpoints infrastructure, ensuring a high-performing end-user experience. You will manage the outsourced support team and collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap.

This hybrid role requires presence at the Warsaw office one day per week and residency in Poland. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows deployment is essential, along with English fluency and vendor

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on with Microsoft Intune at scale (10k+ users).
• Experience deploying Windows 10/11 in large organizations (15k+ devices).
• Proficient in deploying Office apps via Intune and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of licensing, AD and Azure AD.
• Excellent English; Poland residency.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage EUC roadmap for deployment and optimization.
• Oversee endpoints architecture for high availability and performance.
• Lead outsourced support team; act as escalation point.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Review and approve design changes within governance.
• Manage licensing subscriptions and optimize costs.
• Communicate technical info to diverse audiences.
• Participate in vendor/product evaluations to align with business goals.
