Job summary

Align Technology in Poland is seeking an Onboarding Customer Representative to deliver premium customer experience during iTero installation and deployment. You will coordinate communications and support customers until clinical training completes.

Responsibilities include handling tickets, calls, and emails on installation, software upgrades, and shipping, monitoring scanner usage, and ensuring timely issue resolution. Knowledge of import/export and Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree required.
• 2–4 years in an operational role at a fast-growing international company.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Experience with import/export regulations is preferred.
• Salesforce.com experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle tickets, phone, and email about scanner installation and status.
• Drive iTero adoption and utilization of tools.
• Monitor scanner usage and performance.
• Coordinate shipments and documentation (pro-forma, RA).
• Provide admin support and resolve customer contact issues.
