Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. in Wrocław is seeking a Technical Support & Onboarding Representative (Diagnostic services) to join our Diagnostics Services team on site.

You will collaborate with Engineers and Sales to expand Diagnostics as a Service on the Align Digital Platform, providing onboarding support and resolving technical issues.

The role requires 2–4 years in a similar role, fluent English, and comfort with Windows command line tools; knowledge of DICOM is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role at a fast-growing international company.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of image standards and protocols such as DICOM and JPG.
• Strong understanding of Windows operating system.
• Familiar with command line tools.
• Basic knowledge of Jira and Salesforce.
• Experience in remote IT support with clients.
• Knowledge of clinical processes in dental offices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers during the onboarding process.
• Support the automated integration of customer’s software systems.
• Engage and collaborate with IT specialists from dental practices and clinics to facilitate onboarding.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during onboarding.
• Optimize the onboarding process for a wide range of international customers.
• Act as lead consultant and resource to customers.
• Assist in preparing status updates and reports for Management, Marketing and Business teams.
• Work on processes automation.
• Work in an agile team.
