Job summary

Align Technology Poland is seeking a Technical Support professional to join the Diagnostic Services team. You will provide onboarding support, assist in integrating customers' software systems, and collaborate with dental IT specialists to ensure smooth adoption of Align solutions.

You will troubleshoot issues, participate in agile development processes, and help prepare status updates for management and other teams. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role at a fast-growing international company.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of image standards and protocols (DICOM, JPG, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Windows OS and basic command-line tools.
• Experience in remote IT support with clients.
• Familiarity with Jira and Salesforce is preferred.
• Desirable knowledge of clinical dental processes and services.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers during the onboarding process.
• Support the automated integration of customer’s software systems.
• Engage and collaborate with IT specialists from dental practices and clinic to facilitate the onboarding process.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during the onboarding process.
• Optimize the technical onboarding process for wide range of international customers.
• Act as lead consultant and resource to customers.
• Assist in preparing status updates and reports for the Management, Marketing and Business teams.
• Work on processes automatization.
• Work in an agile team.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 2 – 4 years’ of experience in a similar role for a fast growing international company.
• Fluency in English; additional languages is an asset.
• Knowledge of image standards and protocols such as DICOM, and JPG, among others.
• A deep understanding of the Windows operating system.
• Feel comfortable with command line tools
• Basic understanding of Jira and Salesforce is preferred.
• Experience in remote IT support with clients.
• Desirable Knowledge of relevant clinical processes, products, and services within dental offices is a plus.
