Job summary

EF Language Abroad is seeking a Student Coordinator for our Warsaw Office. In this role, you will promote language study programs to prospective students, engaging with customers by email and phone, guiding them from first inquiry until their return home.

This is an on-site position, working closely with Polish and Global teams to deliver exceptional EF experiences. Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Polish, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a can-do

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Polish fluency required (reading/writing/speaking).
• Eligible to work in Poland without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote EF Language Abroad programs to prospective students.
• Make high-volume outbound calls and emails to potential students.
• Represent EF at fairs and universities to recruit students.
• Coordinate with Polish and Global teams for seamless student experience.
• Engage customers from inquiry through program completion while on-site.
• Collaborate with Promotion and Campus Teams to enhance EF experience.
