Job summary

EF Language Abroad in Poland invites applications for a Student Advisor role, fully on-site in Warsaw. You will promote language abroad programs, engage potential students, and guide them from inquiry to trip completion.

You’ll work with local and global teams to grow enrollment and deliver an exceptional EF experience. The role emphasizes outbound communication, relationship-building, and the ability to thrive in an international environment.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2+ years’ experience in customer service or telemarketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Full fluency in Polish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Full working rights in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Promote EF Language Abroad programs to prospective students.
• Develop knowledge of the local market to support outreach and engagement.
• Maintain a high-volume of outbound calls and emails.
• Motivate self and team to reach promotion goals with a positive attitude.
• Build relationships by representing EF at fairs and universities.
