Job summary

EF Language Abroad in Warsaw is seeking a dynamic Student Coordinator to promote our language study abroad programs to potential students. You’ll engage with customers by email and phone, guiding them from first inquiry to return home.

This on-site role requires fluent English and Polish, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a can-do attitude. Previous abroad experience is a plus; we offer a collaborative international team and generous staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Full fluency in Polish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Full working rights in Poland.
• Detail-oriented with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus.
• All additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote language study abroad programs using internal database to support long-term promotion.
• Maintain a high-volume outbound tele-promotion calls to potential students.
• Motivate team to reach individual and team promotion goals.
• Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students.
• Collaborate with Global and Campus Teams to provide the EF Language Abroad experience.
