Job summary

EF Language Abroad in Poland is seeking a Student Advisor to promote our language abroad programs to potential students with support from local and global teams. You will engage with customers via email and phone, guiding from initial inquiry to return home, and collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless experience.

This on-site role requires fluency in English and Polish, strong communication, and 1–2 years in customer service or telemarketing.

Qualifications

• Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Full fluency in Polish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Full working rights in Poland.
• Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1–2+ years in customer service or telemarketing.
• Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus.
• Additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote Language Study Abroad Programs using our internal database for long-term promotions.
• Develop knowledge of the local market to support outreach and engagement.
• Maintain a high-volume outbound calling pace to prospective students.
• Foster team spirit to reach promotion goals with a positive attitude.
• Represent EF Language Abroad at fairs and universities to meet prospective students.
• Build strong relationships with global Promotion and Campus Teams to enhance the student experience.
