Job summary

EF Language Abroad in Warsaw is seeking a Junior Student Coordinator to promote our language abroad programs to prospective students, guiding them from the first inquiry to return home. This role is fully on-site, emphasizing in-person collaboration to drive results.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Polish, has working rights in Poland, and is detail-oriented with strong communication. EF offers staff discounts, access to EF Hello, tuition reimbursement, and travel perks.

• Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Full fluency in Polish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Full working rights in Poland.
• Detail-oriented with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus!
• All additional languages are a plus!

Responsibilities

• Promote language study abroad programs using internal database for long-term promotion.
• Maintain a high volume of outbound tele-promotion calls to potential students daily.
• Motivate yourself and the team to reach individual and group promotion goals with a positive, competitive attitude.
• Represent EF Language Abroad at fairs and universities to meet prospective students year-round.
• Build strong relationships with global Promotion and Campus Teams to provide the best EF Language Abroad experience.

As a Junior Student Coordinator, you will promote our Global EF Language Abroad programs to potential students with the support of your local Polish and Global Teams. You will engage with customers personally, via email, and over the phone, guiding them from their first inquiry until they return home from their trip.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Promoting Language Study Abroad Programs:

Use our internal database to sustain a successful long-term promotion strategy

Excellent Communication

Maintain a high-volume of outbound tele-promotion calls daily to potential students

Team Spirit:

Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team promotion goals with a positive, competitive attitude

Relationship building:

Represent EF Language Abroad at fairs and Universities to meet prospective students throughout the year

Teamwork:

Build strong relationships with our global and diverse Promotion and Campus Teams to provide students with the best EF Language Abroad experience
