Job summary

iSoftStone in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an IT Technician to provide daily support for warehouse and office devices. You will manage thermal printers, PDA scanners, and Windows systems, with Intune for device management, in a day/night shift, on-site role.

The candidate should have Windows admin skills, TCP/IP knowledge, scripting ability (PowerShell or Bash), and a valid category B license. Prior experience in logistics environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as IT Technician, Helpdesk Technician, or Technical Support Specialist.
• Windows system administration knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with thermal printers and PDA scanners.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune (MDM).
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking and device configuration.
• Ability to write scripts (PowerShell or Bash).
• Independent worker with good organization.
• Valid Category B driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support to warehouse and office employees.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot thermal printers.
• Set up, configure, and support PDA scanners.
• Manage devices and policies using Microsoft Intune.
• Administer and support Windows systems, including installations and updates.
• Configure and maintain local network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and printers.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and IT asset inventory records.
