Job summary

iSoftStone is hiring an IT Technician in Warsaw, Poland for an on-site fixed-term role. You'll support warehouse and office staff, handling Windows systems, printers, and PDA scanners, and manage devices via Microsoft Intune.

Shift work includes Day and Night, requiring a Category B driving license. You will work with IT infrastructure and create documentation to keep assets organized and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Must have prior IT/Helpdesk/Technical Support experience.
• Windows system administration knowledge.
• Hands-on with thermal printers and PDA scanners.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune (MDM).
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking and device configuration.
• Ability to write scripts, such as PowerShell or Bash.
• Ability to work independently with good organizational skills.
• Valid Category B driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support to warehouse and office employees.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot thermal printers.
• Set up and support PDA scanners used by staff.
• Manage devices and policies using Microsoft Intune.
• Administer Windows systems and perform updates and troubleshooting.
• Configure and maintain local network infrastructure (routers, switches, printers).
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

About The Role

Technical support where equipment is used every day - thermal printers in the warehouse, PDA scanners used by employees, and computers in the office. We are looking for someone who can handle everything from Windows to Microsoft Intune.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience as an IT Technician, Helpdesk Technician, or Technical Support Specialist.
• Windows system administration knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with thermal printers and PDA scanners.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune (MDM).
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking and network device configuration.
• Ability to write scripts, such as PowerShell or Bash.
• Ability to work independently with good organizational skills.
• Valid Category B driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in warehouse or logistics environments.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Relevant IT certifications, such as Microsoft or CompTIA.
