The role focuses on macOS (Jamf Pro), Windows and Linux, with on-site work in Warsaw and occasional home office. Minimum 4+ years experience, English required, and salary is 14,000 PLN gross monthly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Strong command of macOS troubleshooting, imaging, and deployment.
• Deep understanding of networking concepts: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SSL.
• Experience with cloud or server administration is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for macOS systems including deployment and user assistance.
• Support Windows and Linux-based systems; manage device enrollment with Jamf Pro.
• Handle escalations from Level 1–3 and resolve LAN/WAN, VPN issues.
• Oversee hardware procurement, asset tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Document configurations and improve deployment processes and automation.

As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll manage and support IT infrastructure, systems, and user devices across multiple offices. Acting as a senior escalation point, you’ll tackle complex issues, mentor junior technicians, and help standardize IT operations.

You’ll focus primarily on macOS environments (about 90% of the user base) while maintaining support for Windows and Linux systems. This is a hands-on technical role that combines problem-solving expertise with exceptional communication and service orientation.

Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Deliver expert-level support for macOS systems — configuration, deployment, and user assistance.
• Provide support for Microsoft Windows and Linux-based systems.
• Manage device enrollment and configuration using Jamf Pro (preferred).
• Handle escalations from Level 1–3 support engineers, ensuring fast and accurate resolutions.
• Troubleshoot and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN, and related networking services.

Asset & Systems Management

Requirements:

Technical Expertise

• Proven skills in PC and Mac repair, deployment, and troubleshooting.
