Job summary

Teceze in Warsaw seeks an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Support Engineer to deliver on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and IT infrastructure at a client site in Warsaw, Poland. The role emphasizes Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management.

This independent contractor role is for an initial 12-month term with potential extension, requiring strong troubleshooting, ticketing, and collaboration with local and remote IT teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 10/11 desktop support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and corporate IT environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune/SCCM/MECM).
• Basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
• Good communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with local and remote IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 EUC on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, monitors and peripherals.
• Install and troubleshoot Windows OS and end-user applications.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, VPN, and login issues.
• Perform imaging, deployment, and asset inventory updates.
• Assist with endpoint management using Intune, SCCM/MECM.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and AD/Entra ID tasks.
• Support device provisioning, patching, and endpoint security compliance.
• Handle incidents and tickets with ITSM system and document resolutions.
• Coordinate with remote infrastructure teams to resolve escalations.
• Maintain IT asset records and SOPs; follow SLAs.
