Job summary

Equinor is seeking an Offshore Technician for the Bałtyk 2 and 3 wind farms north of Poland. You will maintain and service wind turbines, high and low voltage equipment, and offshore infrastructure from Łeba, with CTV transfers in 2 weeks on/off rotations.

Accommodations and meals are provided during rotations. Key requirements include a strong electrical and/or mechanical background, wind industry experience or equivalent industrial maintenance, safety focus, and ability to travel

Qualifications

• Strong technical background – electrical and/or mechanical, gained in wind industry or other relevant sectors.
• Hands-on experience in operation and maintenance of technical equipment widely considered advantage.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation including electrical and hydraulic diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems on offshore wind turbines, including high and low voltage equipment.
• Execute detailed reporting of all activities in line with procedures.
• Ensure reliable and efficient operation of offshore assets with proactive maintenance.
• Collaborate with turbine suppliers and offshore service teams for troubleshooting and improvements.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with offshore operations teams to minimize downtime.
