Job summary

Equinor Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced technician for offshore wind farm maintenance based in Łeba, Poland. You will operate and repair electrical and mechanical systems on turbines and substations, while contributing to safety and documentation, supported by an O&M base.

The role requires strong safety focus, ability to read diagrams, and collaboration with offshore teams. Must be willing to travel internationally and work 14 days on/14 days off.

Qualifications

• Strong safety culture with offshore experience considered a plus.
• Solid electrical and/or mechanical background in industrial maintenance.
• Willingness to obtain HV (SEP) and UDT certifications if not held.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems on offshore wind turbines and related assets.
• Ensure maintenance records and incident reports are accurately completed.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with offshore operations to minimize downtime.
• Support development of maintenance strategies and risk assessments.
