Equinor is hiring an Offshore Wind Technician for Bałtyk 2 and 3 projects based in Łeba, Poland. The role covers operation, maintenance and repair of wind turbine mechanical and electrical systems in an offshore environment, with daily crew transfers and a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation.

You will join a multinational team, work with O&M procedures, and contribute to safe, efficient operations while developing in offshore wind technology and HV/MV equipment.

Qualificações

• Strong electrical and/or mechanical background required.
• Experience in offshore wind or related heavy industry preferred.
• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Willingness to travel internationally during construction and work a 14 days on/off rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems on offshore wind turbines.
• Record detailed maintenance activities and incidents in official reports.
• Support maintenance campaigns and technical improvements with suppliers.
• Coordinate turbine downtime with offshore operations to minimize production impact.
• Maintain a strong commitment to health, safety and zero-harm culture.
