Job summary

Equinor is seeking an Offshore Technician to join the Bałtyk 2 and 3 offshore wind farms off the Polish coast. Based in Łeba, you will join a safety‑focused, international team operating on a 2 weeks ON – 2 weeks OFF rotation, with transfers by Crew Transfer Vessel.

You will service wind turbines and related infrastructure, ensuring safe maintenance while accommodation and catering are provided during rotations, and you will be part of a hybrid competence center across Łeba, Gdansk, Warsaw, the

Qualifications

• Strong electrical and/or mechanical background in industry.
• Experience or willingness to work offshore wind environment.
• Ability to obtain HV (SEP) and UDT certifications.
• Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) and working knowledge of English.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work on shift rotation (14 days on/off).

Responsibilities

• HSE: perform all work in offshore operations per safety standards.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems on offshore wind turbines (high and low voltage).
• Prepare detailed maintenance reports and incident documentation.
• Ensure reliable operation of offshore assets with proactive maintenance.
• Continually update technical knowledge on offshore wind turbine technology and safety practices.
• Collaborate with turbine suppliers and offshore service teams for troubleshooting and improvements.
• Support maintenance strategy development and risk assessments to reduce downtime.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks related to offshore work environment and tools.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with offshore operations teams to minimize production impact.
