Job summary

Bilfinger Maintenance Poland sp. z o.o. seeks an Offshore Wind Farm Operations Engineer to support day-to-day offshore wind farm operations from the Baltic region.

The role involves monitoring WTGs and electrical infrastructure, coordinating safe maintenance, and ensuring optimal asset performance. The candidate should bring technical degrees and hands-on experience with MV/HV systems, SCADA, and CoW/PTW/LOTO, with English proficiency for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in technical discipline (Electrical/Power) and relevant wind/energy experience.
• Experience in wind farm or WTG operations.
• Practical knowledge of MV/HV power systems.
• Familiarity with CoW, PTW and LOTO procedures.
• G1 E and/or D certificates for equipment >1 kV (SEP).
• English proficiency for technical communication in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise offshore wind farm assets and WTGs.
• Monitor equipment condition and performance via SCADA.
• Manage alarms and operational events.
• Plan and coordinate safe operations and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams, service personnel and external contractors.
• Maintain operation logs and documentation.
• Respond to disturbances and equipment failures.
