Job summary

Siemens Gamesa seeks a Senior Technician to join our permanently employed service team in Poland. You will lead a team and perform service, maintenance and repair of SGRE wind turbine generators, delivering excellent service and MTBV while complying with internal processes, EHS and quality.

You’ll act as safety leader on site, manage technical documentation, oversee risk assessments, and supervise field staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as a technician, ideally in wind industry.
• Experience managing a team of service technicians.
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP/MORS/remote diagnostics experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Active safety leadership on turbine and wind farm; report incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions.
• Ensure compliance with SGRE standards, EHS and quality for service delivery.
• Produce and manage technical and safety documentation; develop risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Lead technical queries with Service Technology and field staff; supervise remote turbine fault diagnosis.
