Job summary

Globetek is looking for a Warehouse Specialist in Województwo pomorskie, Poland. Responsibilities include receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace, and maintaining documentation on equipment status.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, a degree in logistics or mechanical engineering, and a valid driving license. Familiarity with inventory control and shipping documentation processes is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in project-based, industrial, offshore, or technical environments is highly desirable.
• Valid driving license (category B) required; forklift certifications are a strong plus.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
• Plan and carry out all work in accordance with procedures, laws and guidelines.
• In conjunction with Project Managers, source equipment and material to projects.
• Take part in the further development of the company’s procedure for the warehouse service.
• Prepare all documents required for shipping and recieving equipment.
• Identify problem areas in warehouse operations and help to take action.
• Stay up to date with developments in relevant parts of the field.
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is made ready for mobilization to include but not limited to, calibration, cleanliness, organization, and function.
• Keep warehouse and attached suite in clean, orderly, well kept state for efficient and safe operations.
• Maintain ALL documentation regarding equipment status including but not limited to Certification, Calibration, Usage history, etc... as required by law, procedure and best practice.
• Collection of equipment/materials from external locations in and around Gdansk area

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations

• Experience working in project-based, industrial, offshore, or technical environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with inventory control, and documentation processes (shipping, certification, calibration records).
