Job summary

Reality Games in Kraków is seeking a talented Unity Developer to join our Product team. You will build immersive mobile games and collaborate with a cross-functional team to push creative boundaries.

This on-site role offers a unique office in Kraków’s historic railway station, Monday–Friday, with relocation support for candidates joining from outside Kraków.

You will work on location-based multiplayer titles, optimize performance, and help shape development workflows across titles.

Qualifications

• Deep passion for game development and learning new techniques.
• Experience creating a game either solo or in a team.
• Ability to work without supervision and take ownership of tasks.
• Keeps quality standards high and cares about code quality.
• Familiarity with Unity-based workflows and tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to design and develop interactive gaming experiences.
• Implement game functionality as per design specifications.
• Optimize game performance for different platforms.
• Debug and fix issues to ensure smooth gameplay.
• Build location-aware and multiplayer-enabled game features in Unity for mobile platforms.
• Contribute to development workflows at all stages of production and maintenance of launched titles.
• Guide junior developers and share knowledge across projects.
• Help verify and enhance ideas for new games with technical input.
• Collaborate with backend engineers on client-server communication improvements.
• Help create company-wide Unity development standards.

Reality Games is a fast-growing mobile gaming company with a focus on harnessing big data to create immersive, location-based gaming experiences. We’re scaling globally with our latest project, Monopoly World.

We are looking for a talented Unity Developer to join our Product department at Reality Games. As a Unity Developer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and immersive gaming experiences for our players. You will work closely with our team to create and develop high-quality games that push the boundaries of creativity and innovation.

Work location: On-site in a one-of-a-kind office located in a historic railway station in the heart of Kraków’s old town. Work schedule: Monday through Friday. Relocation package available for candidates coming from outside Kraków.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to design and develop interactive gaming experiences
• Implement game functionality as per design specifications
• Optimize game performance for different platforms
• Debug and fix issues to ensure smooth gameplay
• Build innovative multiplayer big data-based games in Unity for mobile platforms in dedicated product teams
• Take part in creating development workflows at every stage of production and maintenance of launched titles
• Build dedicated location-aware and multiplayer-enabled game features
• Create and maintain development tools
• Guide junior developers in your project and exchange knowledge with other Unity developers working on other titles
• Help game designers verify and enhance ideas for new games with technical expertise
• Work closely with backend engineers on implementing and improving client-server communication
• Help create company-wide standards for Unity developers
