Job summary

Customs Support Group B.V. is seeking an O2C Specialist - Credit Control to strengthen our Finance team in a dynamic, international environment.

The role focuses on collecting receivables, supporting invoicing accuracy, and maintaining strong customer relationships across our multi-regional operations. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in credit management, proven ERP experience (Dynamics BC), advanced Excel skills, and fluency in English and German (B2).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit management (Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations).
• Experience in a shared services or international environment is advantageous.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze operational data.

Responsibilities

• Lead receivables collections via phone and email.
• Provide information on receivable positions and invoices to customers and internal teams.
• Negotiate and document payment arrangements with customers.
• Manage external debt collection processes.
• Support monthly close and reporting activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve credit management processes and automation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance and IT.

With a strong focus on operational excellence, we are looking to strengthen our finance team by hiring a meticulous and proactive O2C Specialist - Credit Control to support ouroperations in DACH region.

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented O2C Specialist Credit Control to join our Finance team at Customs Support Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary focus is the collection of receivables from our customers by actively contacting customers by phone and email.

• Support our customers and our internal operations team with information about receivable positions and invoices.

• Agree payment arrangements with customers and document these

• Manage external debt collection processes

• Support in the preparation and analyses of periodic reports and overviews

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s credit management processes.

• Ensure invoices are issued accurately and within agreed service levels and contractual requirements.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and IT teams

• Support month-end closing activities

• Maintain compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.

• Support system enhancements and ongoing implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

• Contribute to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives within the O2C function.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit management roles; Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations.

• Experience in a shared services (SSC) or international environment is considered an advantage.

• Experience working with ERP systems preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central

• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze operational data.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

• Experience with Power BI, reporting tools, or automation initiatives is an asset.
