Customs Support Group B.V. is seeking an O2C Specialist - Credit Control to join our Finance team in a dynamic, international setting. You will focus on receivables collection, payment arrangements, and reporting to support the DACH region.

The role requires 3+ years in credit management, ERP experience (Dynamics BC), strong Excel and analytical skills, and fluency in English and German (B2+). Hybrid work with growth opportunities and pension benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit management (A/R or Finance Ops).
• Experience in SSC or international environment is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.

Responsabilités

• Collect receivables by phone and email.
• Inform customers and internal teams about receivable positions and invoices.
• Agree and document payment arrangements.
• Manage external debt collection processes.
• Prepare and analyze periodic reports and overviews.
• Contribute to credit management process improvements.
• Ensure invoices are issued accurately per SLAs and contracts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and IT.
• Support month-end closing activities.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process automation.
