Job summary

DEKRA Praca in Poland is hiring an Order to Cash Manager with German to lead the O2C team across the EMEA region. The role focuses on end-to-end O2C operations, accuracy, and service quality, with a path from AR to broader invoice services.

You will manage daily operations, drive process improvements, and collaborate with IT and Process Owners in a rapidly growing multinational environment. Hybrid model with a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Finance operations or shared services.
• Proven experience in O2C or broader F&A operations in a BPO/shared services environment; R2R knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting.
• Expertise in process optimization and service delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong people management experience: leadership, performance, talent development and coaching.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the O2C team delivering services across the EMEA region.
• Organize daily team operations: workload, planning, backup, cross-training.
• Ensure timely, accurate O2C activity execution meeting SLA/KPI targets.
• Apply a hands-on approach to solving operational challenges.
• Foster a positive team culture with trust and continuous learning.
• Coach and mentor team members for professional development.
• Prepare performance reports and highlight progress and actions.
• Drive improvements in O2C performance, processes, and automation.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Review account reconciliations and resolve aged items.
• Monitor incoming payments to ensure prompt postings.
• Manage service reviews, stakeholder meetings, and escalations.
• Collaborate with Process Owners, IT, and other functions to resolve issues.
